and in the Sporting Supply business since 1984. We are proud to say that
we remain loyal to our many regular customers and the people that shop
at our store will say that we have always listened to their wants and
needs to have a successful Fishing or Hunting experience. If we do not

best to locate and carry and new products that will add to your success.

Exit 197 on Interstate 95. At the Exit, we are only a quarter mile in

When you're looking for quality
Fishing or Hunting supplies, the Old Town Trading Post has to be
at the top of your list to check out. We carry only quality Rods,
Reels, Lines and Lures. For the Fly Fisherman, we are second to
none when looking for Flies. Our huge selection of Flies include
Dry Flies, Wet Flies, Streamers in Single Hook or Tandem. We also
carry an extensive selection of Bass Flies.

The Fly Fisherman will find that all of our Flies
are Hand Tied by Maine people in our area. If you're in the need
of new Fly Line, we carry Air Cel, Scientific Angler, U.S. Line
Co., and the Cortland 333. Our Fly Line selection includes Floating,
Sinking and Fast Sinking. Make sure to check us out before you buy
somewhere else. Plus, for the Fisherman that likes to tie his own
special Fly, we carry a large selection of Fly Tying Accessories.

Reel or a Fly Reel, we offer a wide range with famous names such
as Penn, Shakespeare and Pluger just to name a few. If you like
to fish those out of the way Ponds or Streams, you can pick up one

Many of our customers enjoy Trolling
or Still Fishing with a Spin Casting Rod and Reel. Whether it be
for Trout or Bass, the Trading Post has what you need to help you
land that trophy catch. Some of the Lures we have are; The Weeping
Willow, Hali, Jenson, Mepps, Sutton Spoon and Swedish Pimple, just
to name a few of your choices you will find in our Fishing section
of our store. Of course, we cannot forget the Bass Fisherman. In
our area, Bass Fishermen will always pick up a trophy size fish
so that they can take a picture with it before they release their
catch for another day.

In the Spring you will want to
check out all of your accessories and replace them, to keep your
gear in quality condition. We have Fishing Nets in several sizes,
depending on the type of Fishing you do. We have several styles
of Life Jackets, Bait Buckets, Bait Aerators Pumps to keep your
Bait alive, and last, but a must for the avid outdoor enthusiasts
a Rain Suit, Socks and warm, dry Boots. We want all our customers

In the state of Maine, the Winter
months only mean one thing for the Fisherman, it's Ice Fishing Season!
To be successful, one thing you will need is quality equipment.
Many things can go wrong on those cold days on a frozen lake. The
first thing you'll need is an Ice Fishing Trap that will work well
when it needs to. The Trading Post carries Polar Tip Ups, Hi Flag
and Ice Man's Tip Ups. We also offer you a choice of Wooden Traps
or Aluminum Traps. A good Fishing Line designed for the cold weather
is a must. Our store carries Tilt Line, Braided Line, Uncle Mac's
and Ice Brand, just to name a few.

Next, you will want a Pack Basket
so that you can keep everything together and handy once you go out
on the ice. You will also want to keep warm and comfortable. We
have a selection of warm socks and great insulated boots. Don't
forget you are going to be on a frozen lake. When the snow is deep,
you will want to pick up some Snowshoes. We carry Wooden or Aluminum.
We sell Live Bait for the Fisherman. We also have Bait Buckets,
they come in Aluminum and Styrofoam.

The Old Town Trading Post wants everyone to be
comfortable and warm at all times, so how about one of our Ice Fishing
Shelters. They come in several size. A Mr. Heater in your Shelter
will keep you warm and toasty. To help you bring all your equipment
on and off the ice, we also have Snow Sleds in different sizes depending
on your needs. To keep your hands warm, good gloves and our Jenie
Hand Warmers are a must!
